If there is availability on your clinician’s calendar, you should be able to book an appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Please note that our cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice, so refunds are only issued if the clinician cancels the appointment.

Yes, we provide treatment for children, elderly patients, and vulnerable adults. However, we require consent from a parent or legal guardian, and an adult may need to be present during the consultation.
No, we also offer GP services, covering general and acute medical conditions. When booking, select the “acute” section to schedule an appointment with a GP, nurse, pharmacist, or dietitian.
We provide comprehensive treatment for both mental and physical health conditions. This includes depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, addiction, eating disorders, general physical health concerns, and more.
If further tests or physical examinations are required, we will refer you to a specialist testing site. You may also be asked to provide images or perform certain physical movements during your consultation. Please note that sample tests are conducted privately and independently of Mind Doctor.
No, Mind Doctor is a primary care consultation service. If you require urgent medical attention, please call 111 or visit your nearest hospital. Our services are not designed for emergencies.
Yes, our clinicians can prescribe medication if necessary, but all medications must be purchased privately.
To attend your session, you will need:
✔ A computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone with a front-facing camera
✔ A stable internet connection
✔ The Zoom video conferencing app, which we will send an invite for upon booking
Once registered, you’ll have access to your secure member account, where you can update your details anytime.
We offer both video and phone consultations:
✔ Video consultations are conducted via Zoom (you will receive a meeting link before your session).
✔ If Zoom is not accessible, we can arrange a phone consultation instead.
Only the clinician you book with can record your session, and no one else will have access. Recordings are strictly for your protection and the clinician’s reference should a complaint be raised.
Yes, we take privacy and confidentiality seriously. Your data is only accessible to:
✔ Your clinician – To ensure they provide the best possible care
✔ Our system manager – To maintain security and system functionality
We never share your data with third parties unless legally required for your safety or when communicating directly with your GP (if necessary).
